An intra-optical modulator is an optical device placed inside a laser cavity or optical system to modulate the phase, frequency, amplitude, or polarization of light with high speed and precision.OverviewAn intra-optical modulator, often implemented as an intra-cavity electro-optic modulator (EOM), is used to control light within a laser cavity or optical system.
